At Golden Gate Burglar Alarm Co., our story begins over 50 years ago, when our founder, Joe Giannini, started patrolling the streets of San Francisco as a patrol special officer in the late 1960s. After gaining valuable experience, Joe and his partner decided to start their own security business, installing simple wired alarm systems that would trigger a bell when activated. As the business grew, they opened their own central station, where they monitored one alarm system full-time. Today, our business is being run by the third generation of our family, continuing our commitment to providing exceptional service and protecting the properties of our clients.
