Our primary focus is on timely support with security. Every customer has direct access to a cell number for immediate assistance, and most remote support is instant. We understand the importance of having a reliable and responsive support team, which is why we ensure that our customers never have to wait for support. Additionally, we do not require our customers to pay for a monthly service plan, although we do offer such plans for those who wish to take advantage of them.

Our Expertise

We recommend GeoVision systems for all your surveillance needs. Unlike Hikvision, Dahua, or LTS (OEM of Hikvision) systems, GeoVision does not pose a national security threat as deemed by the U.S. Government. Many installers still opt for equipment that has been flagged for several years now and is likely to be banned soon. Not only do these systems themselves pose a threat, but any device or network connected to them also risks security breaches.

Our team has extensive experience in installing systems at various locations, including water treatment plants, airports, power plants, government facilities, and commercial properties such as apartments and gated communities. Meet Our Team

Watchdogs Surveillance is led by Olaf and Lucie Kroettinger. Olaf holds an Engineering degree from CSUS (California State University, Sacramento) and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration). He also possesses a California Contractors License, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards. Lucie graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point and also pursued an MBA.

At Watchdogs Surveillance, we understand that complete customer satisfaction is key to running a successful business. Approximately 99% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. This website serves as our primary marketing tool, and we maintain it solely because it is necessary. Despite what some websites or search engines may believe, we are still very much in business with an ever-expanding customer base.
