We had our new home rekeyed with Jumpstarts and Lockouts. Availability was fast and flexible. The service itself only took about a half hour. William is friendly and knowledgeable. My son arrived to Olympia last night after a cross-country drive (Maryland to Washington) and in his haze, accidentally locked his keys in his car. In less than 30 minutes after calling, his car was unlocked and keys retrieved. I am so grateful for Bill for being so quick to respond and even quicker in getting my son's 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid unlocked. He provided a lot of relief in a tense moment and we cannot thank him enough.

It was a Saturday evening and William rescued me. My keys had dropped out of my pocket as I reached for something in the car as I got out and locked the door. William is friendly, efficient and when I couldn't see the keys after he opened my car, he found them tucked in the seat cushion with very little visible. He made a spare key for me, as well. The rescue and the spare all reasonably priced.

I was passing through Olympia and managed to lock myself out of my rental car. I was so happy to find a local locksmith only 5 miles away who would come out in 30 minutes or less. William arrived promptly and made quick work of the job. I've learned my lesson previously, calling one of the sponsored search results and getting a dispatch company, not the actual locksmith company, usually answering the phone from somewhere overseas.
The locksmith then takes forever to show up and costs 50-100% more. Oh and don't get me started on AAA. They pay so little that nobody wants to take their jobs so you'll be waiting for hours and hours if they ever show up. Do yourself a favor and call your local guy.

Excellent Customer Service and Response time, these professionals know what they are doing. I was locked out of my car and other non-local companies tried to charge me over the phone and rip me off. Jumpstart and Lockouts Lacey have very reasonable prices and will help you out of a jam. They even picked me up on my walk to my lockedout car. I would not hesitate to call them again if I was ever locked out or had any other car related trouble short of a tow.

Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
