Fast, knowledgable, and friendly! I super appreciate Lee re-keying all of our locks for our new home and even helping to ensure that the deadbolts (that were misaligned) close smoothly. Thanks, Lee!

This locksmith was amazing! Communicated every step of the way for access to my commercial building in Gig Harbor when my tenant refused to allow us legal access.

Didn't expect such quick service, having called over a holiday weekend; Lee was there the next workday morning. He did a fast, fairly priced job and made some great (no pressure) recommendations. His reputation's solid, and now I know why!

Lee was a lifesaver! He came out on short notice and added two new locks for two that were malfunctioning. He is knowledgeable, efficient and provides excellent customer service. Watch out for locksmith scams. Lee is an honest locksmith.

Lee from Knight Safe and Lock was absolutely outstanding. He was immediately available for response from a web inquiry and arrived at my property earlier than scheduled the next day. He promptly and professionally outlined the security deficiencies of my existing locks and offered multiple options for improvements. Furthermore, rather than providing hardware himself and marking-up the cost, Lee conscientiously suggested where I should purchase the appropriate gear at the most competitive prices.

Once I had the materials, Lee was immediately available, again, to finish the job. His work was immaculate and fast, and he spent extra time tuning-up all of the locks in the house. Everything in the house now works like new! I would strongly recommend Knight Safe and Lock to anyone requiring locksmith services. This level of professionalism and responsiveness is becoming increasingly rare in the world, and I would like to see people support this deserving local business.

Lee of Knight Locksmith services is truly a blessing in our community! He replaced my front door lock with a better security lock and when I lost my key, came over to make me a new key despite his busy schedule. He is very good at what he does, ethical and kind! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Lee is very accommodating and has helped me in two locations with top of the line security locks. I highly recommend him.

He was quick to come out, friendly, professional, and opened my vehicle door in less than one minute with no damage to the vehicle. 10/10 Services Car lockouts.

Great price and Job would call again. Services Lock rekeying, Door lock and bolt hardware installation.

I met Lee at the Gas Pump. I informed him that I'd been looking for a locksmith in order to copy some security keys for our shop. He copied them for me AT THE PUMP. Done in about 2mins. Great service, and extremely helpful. Thanks again Lee! Services Building key copying.

I have used Knight Safe & Lock a few times now to get keys made. I was very happy with their service!

Lee is the real deal. He helped to replace the exterior lock-sets at our home in Gig Harbor. He is honest, polite and his craftsmanship is impeccable. We wanted to add an electronic cypher lock to our front door. We didn't want to then have multiple keys so he fix the other exterior locks. He was up-front about cost and even gave us recommendations on where to buy good hardware at a reasonable price.

Once I had the hardware I called him back and he showed up within 15 minutes to the house. I could comment on the overall cost, and that I was surprised at how reasonable it was, but the honest answer is that I'd happily pay double the amount to work with Lee. This is your locksmith.

My wife and I were visiting the area in our motor home when our deadbolt failed. I searched the internet and determined that my deadbolt was no longer manufactured and was an RV specialty item. I called another local locksmith and sent photos and they told me I would have to have my RV door drilled out to accept a new residential deadbolt. Not wanting to drill into my RV, I sought a second opinion with Knight Safe & Lock.

The Knight Safe & Lock Locksmith arrived right on time and immediately recognized the old internal mechanisms as a clone of a brand name lock. He was able to quickly build a new key core for me from scratch--using a core from the new lock that still fit into my existing OEM RV internal deadbolt which still functioned normally. It was an engineering feat and yet it took him only about 3 minutes. This locksmith is legit and is a true expert craftsman. And the price was extremely reasonable too--less than half what the other locksmith quoted me. I highly recommend Knight Safe & Lock.

Do NOT believe ANY 1 star review. He did an expose on fake locksmiths & scammers. Knight Safe & Lock is the REAL deal. I've had the delight of dealing with him for years. Let me just say, there's no one I would trust more to be honest, fair & damn good at what he does!

Lee at Knight Safe & Lock has been providing EXCELLENT service at our commercial building for over a decade. He is professional, courteous, prompt, and always stands behind his work. I have never met anyone as passionate about locks and security as Lee.

Lee is honest and upfront about time & cost. Punctual, and goes the extra mile making sure that the job is done correctly the first time. Positive Quality.

Knight Safe and Lock is an excellant business to call when you need help with any kind of security. The owner, Lee Mentzos, is quick, efficent and knows what he is doing. His business was voted Top Locksmith in the state.he was also on the Today show. How many businesses can say or top that? If you want good quality work done, call Knight Safe and Lock out if Gig Harbor.

If you ever need a quality, professional locksmith Knight Safe and Lock is the business you want. Lee has extensive experience and his professionalism and expertise is unmatched in this field. He treats everyone like they're personal friends of his and he isn't out to fleece you out of every cent you own. With so many fake, shyster 'locksmiths' out there, it's refreshing to have someone like Lee do his job and leave you knowing that the work was done correctly. I wouldn't trust ensuring my family's well being and valuables are secure and safe to anyone else.

I have used Knight Safe & Lock both personally and professionally for over 20 years. They have always provided quality service at a competitive rate. They have earned my trust and repeated business. From the moments such as my pregnant sister locking herself out of her car in the rain, my grandma needing new keys to her car, rekeying locks on my personal home as well as dozens of rentals properties I have been in management of, Knight Safe & Lock has always been my one and only call. They are the best!

Have used them a couple times - once when we moved into our new house and they re-keyed many doors in our new home. Next when we had a small issue with our front door. Each time they were courteous, on time. Would use again and definitely recommend!

I have had Knight Safe & Lock work at my facility, a place for individuals with dementia, a half dozen times: In the highest way, I recommend them for any lock needs you might have. Not only is their service impeccable, but their integrity is also very high. Again, I highly, highly recommend this company for your lock needs.

We needed work done quickly and emailed after hours, we recieved a response open of business the next morning and they fit us in for a decent sized job. Very personable and very thorough! It was a great experience, will definitely use again.

5 stars well deserved! Reliable, trustworthy, helpful, focused on giving you your money's worth. You cannot ask for more. If you need a locksmith, call them!

Came out and opened a safe for me that had been in the family for years. This thing was ancient! LOL! I had another guy out that wanted to destroy it to open it. Wasn't gonna let that happen to this hierloom. Called this guy next. Knew just what to do. Got it opened with no damage! Completely profesional. This guy knows his stuff!

Very Professional Locksmith. Always on time. Will get the job done fast and proficient. Truck is Lettered up so it is easy to see and identify. Employees are in uniforms. Can get to calls same day. We hired a different Locksmith company that said they were local but were NOT. It took him 4 hours to arrive and he could not unlock my car! The man made us pay him in advance with our credit card before he came out so I was charged a service call fee for nothing!. Frustrated, I then called Lee at Knight Safe and Lock. He came right out and did the job the other "Locksmith" said could not be done, at a fraction of the cost the other guy charged me. Knight Safe and Lock are truly professionals. Beware of other companies that say they are local. Knight Safe and Lock are actually local and do a great job!

This is an exceptional company! They were on time, on budget and very professional! I will recommend them to all of my friends! We tried another company last time and it was a disaster. Knight Safe and Lock really did a fantastic job of installing the new locks on my home.
